RETURN POLICY:Most new, unopened items sold by Cyber City Games are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. We will also cover the return shipping costs if something was delivered to you in error.REFUNDS:Refunds for sealed products are allowed after an item is purchased as long as your order has not been fulfilled. Most fulfilled items are eligible to be refunded after the item is received back to Cyber City Games in the same condition as when it was purchased. There are no refunds for opened products.YOUR PRIVACY:Cyber City Games is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information collected to process orders and provide support regarding our products.

Giveaway's are shipped once enough weight has been accumulated or with the next purchase by the winner.GIVEAWAY POLICY:This mainly applies to people who never purchase anything or pay for shipping.Giveaways will be sent as soon as possible. If you are outside of the United States, it will take longer. You MUST send your shipping address information through discord within 24 hours of the giveaway date. There is no guarantee you will receive giveaways. Your cards will be sent once you have won enough to fill up a bag. All giveaways are sent in a plain white envelope without tracking or insurance unless the winner has purchased something from the store. Cyber City Games and it's affiliates are not responsible for any items lost in the mail, damaged, stolen, ect. ALL giveaways that end up getting returned for ANY reason (undeliverable, wrong address, customs isues, ect.) will be kept and not sent out again.ALL POLICIES
